Very friendly and competent. Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in by the young lady pn reception. Nicole was very professional and took time in explaining all treatments. Have made another appointment for 6 months. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. We came from the Welford Road practice to Fleckney as it is nearer to us....but it seems like a much better practice.

Brilliant dentist and lovely staff. I have had 2 teeth removed by Dr Shyam and he’s really good at his job. Very calming and reassuring. I’m a nervous dentist person but Shyam made me feel very relaxed about the whole procedure. Would highly recommend 👍🏻 thanks to all at the practice 👍🏻

Everyone is professional and thorough, in particular both Emily and Elley on reception always deliver a very high standard of organisation, are polite and engaging with patients and maintain an impressive level of attention to detail. Dilan is always brilliant whenever me & my children see him for checkups. My 2 year old is reluctant to sit in the chair & this was still the case at our most recent visit, but Dilan put no pressure on & instead encouraged him with the promise of a sticker, simply asking him to open his mouth so he could count his teeth from afar. My 6 year old has been seeing Dilan for a couple of years & is now fully confident every time she visits, this is credit to his warm and friendly nature.Receptionists are always smiley & very helpful. A really great practice to have in the village!

I was very happy with my treatment at Fleckney Dental clinic. I needed a cap on a tooth but was concerned that a spinal problem might keep me from attending a pre booked appointment so they managed to fit me in after my check up. Everything went smoothly. All of the staff are very friendly.

I cannot recommend and thank this dentist so much. I had some dental implants done out of the UK and I had a slight issue that needed a few minutes of help and they were kind enough to accommodate and help me. Very helpful and professional.

Dr Shyam Patel has taken over the care of my teeth since I have had a long standing run of bad luck with other dentist al practices. My medical history is a bit complicated and Dr Patel didn’t hesitate to take the challenge on of correcting my teeth. I immediately felt I could trust him and he has so far has carried out three fillings and a crown with professionalism. I really like the end result. I like that he his calm in nature and talks through what he’s doing and most of all he listens to what you have to say so it feels like a team effort to make sure the treatment is a success. I also feel if I have any problems in the future I can approach him. I’m so relieved to have found this dental practice and this specific dentist I hope this review will reassure others that there are good dentists out there. Emergency appointment for a broken wisdom tooth removal. I wasn't registered but had an appointment and the tooth removed within 2 hours! Helpful staff put me at ease and the dentist was amazing, calm and not rushed. I have now joined their dental plan and will be going back for more treatment that I've been putting off for years. Highly recommended.

Had appointment today for 2 fillings at the front of my mouth. I was so anxious and scared about my visit 😫But Wow. So impressed and was made to feel so at ease ✨️The lady dentist with her lovely apprentice (Nurse) absolutely amazing 👏 🤩No pain at all honestly it was pleasure to have my dental work done.From start to finish so professional and so welcoming. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit with the lovely dentist lady and her apprentice 😁So happy with results I can now smile again and not worry about my front teeth 😬Thankyou to everyone for making me feel so happy to smile again.I would highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone. I had my first appointment this week with Shyam - he was an absolute professional, talked through the process in a very calming manner & was extremely thorough in his feedback.Personally, I don't get scared about dental appointments, but if you do I can imagine Shyam would be a superb dentist for you.The practice was clean, tidy & well kept - the ladies on reception were very polite & well mannered.All in all a very good dentist!

I had 3 crowns fitted by Dilan and generally do not like visiting the dentist from past experiences when having fillings many years ago.Dilan made me feel very relaxed and performed the dentistry with great skill and patience. I am a nervous patient and was expecting it to hurt but I was given a clear explanation of what was going to happen, and this helped put me at ease. I was also given lots of useful information on how to care for my teeth following the visit.
